Descrizione progetto

The building, standing in the Maciachini Center Business Park, houses the new head office of Zurich Assicurazioni and is characterized by an elevated square, supported by massive pillars, which looks on to the garden and concentrates the business community functions. All the facilities are grouped around the hanging courtyard: the reception, the restaurant, the fitness centre, the auditorium and the Zurich academy. The four office areas stand on the connecting level: nine floors completely glass-faced for a total of 36,000 square metres, which can accommodate 1,560 workstations.
