Porta Nuova's new directional skyscraper, 26 floors above ground on 120 meters and 4 underground floors has a total area of 68,432 square meters, and stands out for unprecedented standards of technological innovation and environmental sustainability. Gioia22 Tower will get LEED PLATINUM certification, adopt a Cradle to Cradle approach in the choice of materials, limit energy consumption thanks to the introduction of the most effective sustainable building best practices and will be equipped with systems for green mobility.
