The conversion of an existing building within the complex into a four-star hotel is currently underway. The property extends over eight above-ground floors and one underground level used for parking, with a total surface area of approximately 15,000 sqm.
The project includes 244 guest rooms, of which 16 junior suites and suites are located on the top floor. The ground floor will host the reception area, meeting rooms, and service facilities, while the first floor will accommodate the restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen and conference halls. The bathrooms of the standard rooms will be built using prefabricated volumetric modules, whereas those of the suites will be site-built with high-end finishes.
The intervention also includes the redevelopment of the façade and external areas, involving cleaning operations and extraordinary maintenance works. The steel structural frame, with fire-protected corrugated steel decks, is subject to technical inspections and restoration of existing protective treatments.
