For Colombo Costruzioni, sustainability is a responsibility that guides the management of the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects related to its activities, projects, and stakeholder relationships.

ESG Strategy

Since 2022, the Company has reported its activities and performance through a Sustainability Report prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the GRI Standards, recognizing measurement as a key tool for monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement over time.

Colombo Costruzioni has also appointed an internal sustainability lead and is currently developing a structured ESG plan aimed at guiding the evolution of its operating model in the years ahead.

Guiding Principles

Colombo Costruzioni’s commitment is based on a number of key principles set out in its Corporate Policy and Code of Ethics:

Governance

Governance tools

The management of sustainability-related aspects is supported by corporate governance tools and processes. Although this framework is still evolving, Colombo Costruzioni has already adopted:

  • an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, aimed at preventing risks and promoting conduct consistent with the principles of the Code of Ethics;
  • internal procedures supporting regulatory compliance and business processes;
  • a certified Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environment, Health and Safety.
