The new plant Laika is located on an area with an industrial purpose of over 100 thousand square metres. The complex occupies a covered surface of 34 thousand sq.m.. The production departments cover a covered area of almost 30 thousand square metres in a single area, with a minimum net height of 8,00 metres, vast internal spaces (25 x 15 metres) and zenith lighting through sheds facing north. The offices and services building is of three floors above ground plus a basement floor, it has a covered surface of about 1,400 sq.m. and a gross floor surface area of 5,500 sq.m. The industrial complex perfectly fits in with the surrounding landscape thanks to the colours used for the walls, covering panels and the slated sheaths.
