The new Laika production facility was built on an industrial site of over 100,000 sqm, with the goal of combining production efficiency, architectural quality, and full integration with the surrounding landscape. The complex consists of two main buildings — the production departments and the office and service building — both oriented to the north, along with the external and infrastructural works.

The production departments, covering approximately 29,000 sqm, are constructed using precast prestressed reinforced concrete. The structural system, consisting of columns, beams, perimeter panels, and a north-facing shed roof, features 25 x 15 m bays and a minimum clear height of 8 m. The north-oriented sheds provide natural zenithal lighting, improving both indoor comfort and energy efficiency. The foundations consist of continuous flight auger (CFA) piles and footings connected by cast-in-place concrete beams.

The office and service building, distributed over three above-ground levels and one basement level, houses administrative offices, representative areas, service spaces, and technical systems. The structure is entirely built in cast-in-place reinforced concrete, with shear walls, solid slabs, and retaining walls. The gross floor area totals approximately 5,500 sqm, including the technical shaft and basement cavities.

The project is completed by the external works, which include internal roads, parking areas, and landscaped green spaces. The entire development was designed to ensure functionality, durability, and environmental integration, also achieved through the color palette of the façade finishes, carefully designed to reduce visual impact and harmonize the volumes with the surrounding landscape.
