The over 4,500 sq.m. hotel, situated in the Le Albere complex and entirely designed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, boasts the over 5-hectare fantastic park with its characteristic water ways. The park is also home to MuSe (natural science museum), The Central University Library, and a large residential and services centre. The hotel has 90 rooms, a restaurant that seats 150, a congress centre, a fitness centre and an underground car park.
