The complex of 536,000 cubic metres is developed on an area of over 137,000 square metres with a capacity of nearly 1,000 beds, 18 operating theatres, 8 radiology rooms, 3 CAT rooms, 1 magnetic resonance imaging and 2 rooms with linear accelerators and additional equipment. On every floor internal transport of materials occurs on robotized trolleys. On the two underground levels there are 1,250 car parking spaces, a convention hall with 250 seats as well as a record office, the operating theatres and laboratories. In the great hall, from which all the treatment areas of the hospital can be reached, there are shops, post offices, a bank and a bar. The hospital is equipped with a heliport.
