Openeing today November 26, 2020 The three-storey building spreads over an area of 60,500 square meters, and will house a hypermarket of about 170 shops, a multi-room cinema of 1,300 seats, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a large dining area overlooking a large civic square. The square, with its 15,000 square meters of area, is intended for cultural, recreational and commercial events. As in the Greek city the agora was the beating heart of the life of the polis, even in this project the square returns to be the center of urban life and the fabric of connection with the neighborhood.
