Reinstatement work in a strategic area of the urban tissue. The radial-shaped building is located on an area covering 53,000 square metres in the heart of Lecco. Surrounded by a green urban park of 32,000 square metres, a large rectangular plate develops on three levels to house a hypermarket and shops on a 36,000 square metres surface. Over 2,000 car parking spaces have been constructed. The management and residential buildings overlook a round square, which is the heart of life and activities in the centre.
