It is the first innovative outlet in the Republic of San Marino, designed on a total area of 25,000 square meters. Built in two successive phases, to accommodate a total of 130 stores, the San Marino Outlet Experience is an ambitious project, inspired by a modern architecture but recalling in the shapes, materials and colors the characteristics of San Marino. All of this is made with strict respect for the environment: design and construction are planned, in fact, in accordance with the strict international BREEAM certification.
